Is there a problem with your order? We’re sad things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your package

All orders are shipped directly from our Montreal Canada office – no exceptions. We ship all orders through Canada Post or Snapship, depending on your delivery location and the fastest quoted delivery, so you can get enjoying your goods sooner. We also email you the tracking number so you can see exactly where your parcel is, as it makes its way to your doorstep. Unfortunately, weather delays and unforeseen events do happen, we will do our best to keep you updated on any issues, in the case that this does happen.
